Notes:
1. There's a simple order form on the contact us
page. Fill in the blanks, enclose a check or money order and mail it to us.
Our turnaround time is within 10 days of receiving checks, 5 days if you send
a money order.
2. As mentioned above, the 2-CD set of "James & Douglass, Live at Unity Way" is currently available for $20. We'll pay the postage, but the volunteer lady in the mail room works happier if you throw in a small tip for her. Total: $20.00 (plus tip).
3. We do custom CD's, at $1 a song with a 5-song minimum, plus disc, slimline case, printing, padded mailer ($1.13), 3 oz. worth of postage ($0.87), and a tip for the overworked lady in the burn-and-mail room. Total: $7 and up (plus tip).
4. We duplicate and print our CD's in small quantities, as needed. (Ask any of your musician friends-- there's nothing more depressing than X-thousand CD's sitting in the closet, unsold and getting old.) We care about quality, in the hardware product as well as the music itself. We use discs by name-brand companies, and verify the burns. If for some reason you still end up with a faulty one, we will replace it.
5. I also highly recommend Greg Douglass's two instrumental CD's-- "The Natives are Restless" and "Holiday Favorites" (Christmas songs)-- and his 110 minute teaching DVD, "Lead Guitar", all available on his website, www.gregdouglass.com
A further note:
I don't like, don't have, and don't take credit cards. I think they're a major
cause of economic obesity and otherwise bad for your financial health. It's
positively (or should I say negatively) scary to see people now care for their
credit rating the way people used to value their savings. They think they're
financially secure as long as they can borrow money. . . and I'm
not just talking about the ordinary guy on the street. A lot of the penthouse
population has that same attitude.
Get a clue from this-- Enron thought so too.
I may eventually decide that I have to
bend a bit, accept cards and make downloads available, but for now we accept
checks and prefer money orders, and operate by US mail. If that's too much
trouble, you probably didn't want the songs that bad in the first place.
